Team Canada and Prime Minister Justin Trudeau are throwing down the gauntlet.

To demonstrate their excitement for the upcoming competition, Trudeau and his team of Canadian wounded warriors did posted a Twitter video to prove that they can “bring it.”

“Oh, hey,” Trudeau says in the video, surrounded by Canada’s finest Paralympic athletes. “I just thought I’d show our friends in the US and the UK how Canada brings it.”

Trudeau and two Canadian veterans then perform some push ups and drop some mics.

The 2016 Invictus Games is an international Paralympic competition that features wounded military veterans from all over world to compete. The event was founded by Prince Harry to celebrate military veterans and show the world that scars don’t diminish strength. The opening ceremony will kick off in Orlando, Florida on May 8.

The Obamas and Kensington Palace kicked off the Invictus hype train by exchanging mild trash talk over Twitter. As the event’s hosts and founder respectively, Team USA and Team UK already put their prides on the line. Team Canada is just here to show off its mettle.

Don’t forget to root for Team USA when the games begin on May 8!
