Thanks to a brand new partnership, your login can be used for VFW access — the single-sign on option that can also be taken to the VA and used on their online platform,

If they haven’t already, VFW members can sign up for an online account with and create a single username and password. This will then log them in to the VFW Online Membership System

It’ll take you to a page that looks like the one below (the VFW’s main page).

In the upper righthand corner of the page, you’ll see an option called “Login.” Click on it.

It’ll then give you this window below:

If you’re already an user, click on the middle red button and simply login.

However, if you’ve never used, click the last bottom red button that says “Sign up with Troop ID.”

It’ll ask you to input your email, and then a password. Easy.

Once this is created, and you’re verified as a military veteran, you’ll be able to take this online ID (it’s portable) to not only the VA (click here to use it to refill prescriptions, make a doctor’s appointment, message your health care team, check on your G.I.
