Which means you need to get the grill cleaned, prepped, fueled and ready to go so you can delight your friends and family with juicy, succulent meats.
If you don’t have a grill though (maybe money’s tight?) just go to the nearest active, erupting volcano in your vicinity, set up shop on on of the lava flows, and get that medium rare quick.
Or do what these students at the University of Syracuse did (in the video above), simulate/create liquid rock on a downward trough with the grate above it, and go to town.
As one commenter pointed out, however, you might want to do one better than these guys did and actually season the meat before you introduce it to the heat.
