For the record, it’s a (suggestive?) photo of presidential hopeful and Republican Senator Ted Cruz speaking recently at a “Celebrate the 2nd Amendment” event at shooting range in Johnston, Iowa.
The Associated Press has already come out with a statement saying that they didn’t intend for Cruz to be portrayed “in a negative light”. Charlie Neibergall was the photographer who snapped it.
