Look familiar? It’s “stolen valor”.

Only, it’s in Australia — so it’s “stolen valour” … mate.

Watch as this spurious soldier gets confronted “Down Under” by a cop in a McDonald’s, and exposed for the phony Australian Defence Force commando he’s so desperately trying to be.

According to news.com.au, the police officer sleuthed out the faker when he noticed badges being worn in the wrong position and outdated features of the uniform.

“His beret was also the wrong color and he was wearing a commando badge that was not the current issue,” said RAP Senior Sergeant Stewart Reid. “He was however wearing a current Australian Defence Force shirt and pants and had the rank sleeve of private.”

Further investigation into the fraud found that he was discharged from the military last July after only serving two months as a recruit.

He was apprehended by Australian police and charged with “impersonating a Commonwealth Officer” which, if convicted, can carry a sentence of up to two years in prison.
