According to The New York Times, three teenagers were detained in Turkey on suspicion of plotting terror attacks on their way to Syria.

The kids were flown back to a police station in London late Saturday by the city’s Metropolitan Police, who released a statement regarding the arrest detailing that they learned late Friday that two seventeen-year-olds had disappeared and were believed to be traveling to the Middle East to join ISIS.

In the midst of the search, they discovered a third youth who had joined them.

The story highlights, yet again, the problem that Europe faces — the militant extremists are targeting their youth, and their youth is listening … and even flocking.

Security services in the country estimate that 600 Britons have gone to Syria or Iraq to join ISIS. The infamous “Jihadi John” was a London native who can be seen in a number of gory ISIS beheading videos.
