This here is the greatest scene in the history of Seinfeld (and Kramer’s not even in it … psyche).

Some might say this is a matter of opinion. Some might be seriously mistaken, and clearly haven’t watched the scene in question (in the video below).

Serious film junkies will recognize the aforementioned “star” as Phillip Baker Hall, a career actor who’s really never been a “star” at all. Over the course of his many years in Hollywood, however, he’s been able to make every role he’s ever been in — big or small — supremely memorable. Remember him in Boogie Nights? Yeah, thought so.

Oh, did you know he served in the United States military? He did, in the Army.
