When the Pope visited the White House yesterday morning, he was greeted by two American servicemen holding the American and Vatican flags, respectively. These Marines were the absolute pinnacle of decorum until an errant wind blew the Vatican flag right over one Marine’s face.
Without flinching or budging a single time, he stood with silent strength and focus until the wind blew the flag away. Well done, sir. In your unyielding rigidity, you did America proud.
