Call of Duty is one of the most successful video game franchises out there, boasting 100 million players worldwide and a collective 25 billion hours played. While there is a substantial segment of the military community that games and cosplays, a lot of CoD players are just civilians shooting Nazis in their basements.

So what would happen if those gamers put on real military gear and were forced to run the same drills veterans repeated ad nauseum at boot camp?

Buzzfeed decided to find out by finding high-scoring CoD players and putting them through a simulated rescue mission.
