Former Navy SEAL commander Jocko Willink does more than dole out fitness and leadership advice on a weekly podcast. Clocking in at 230 pounds, Willink is a black-belt in Brazillian jiu-jitsu and founder of Echelon Front. In a recent video published by The Blaze, Willink revealed how he is able to maintain his massive physique.
The secret is so simple, so beautiful, we wonder how on earth we didn’t think of it before.
“I eat steak primarily,” Willink said. “That’s pretty much what my diet consists of. Sometimes I supplement that with other steaks.”
