It’s like the most impressive fireworks show you’ve ever seen.
Only these aren’t fireworks. And they’re hardly going into the air with a bang, a poof, a vibrant color, and nothing more.
No, they’re cruise missiles (18 of them to be exact) and they’re being launched in the following video by the Russian naval fleet in the direction of ISIS targets in Syria — all the way from the whitecaps of the Caspian Sea.
According to Russian officials, this particular assault killed 600 terrorists. Which is an awfully round number to land on, but that’s what they’re saying (as if with anything out of the former Soviet Union, you take it with a grain of salt).
