There’s no doubt that Benjamin Schwartz is a talented artist. And The New Yorker is as prestigious a name in the media world as any — especially in America. A curious choice, however, to run the cartoon below on the day that it was: Veterans Day.
Perhaps it was a call-to-action, as push for our brave military service members to receive more in return for their incredible commitment and unfathomable sacrifice? If it is, well, we’re all for that.
