Unfortunately, this new ISIS (or ISIL or IS or the Islamic State or Daesh or blah blah humbug) admission gives a whole new meaning to the meaning “pop”, the oft-ridiculed American Heartland slang word for what most Americans call soda.
Found on some page in one of their propaganda leaflets, they tout that they blew up Russian Metrojet Flight 9268 and killed all 224 passengers and crew onboard with the following Schweppes pineapple soda can, which was modified into an Improvised Explosive Device (IED).
