For the first time, the U.S. Air Force has deployed four F-22 Raptors to the European theater.

The goals of this move are three-fold: to show Russia that the United States can’t be pushed around, to cooperate in training exercises with Poland and to test the F-22’s ability to be deployed and ready for combat anywhere in the world in under 24 hours. The Raptors will train with the Polish Air Force and visit several European military bases before returning home in September.

To introduce the F-22 and it’s mission to Europe, the U.S. Air Force published this infographic describing the fighter jet’s capabilities and staffing.
