JetBlue Veteran Airbus

JetBlue Airways specially-painted one of its new A320 Airbus jets in honor of United States military veterans.

The newly painted Airbus will be in service on and around Veterans Day this year, and it features a large yellow ribbon graphic on the tail, a navy blue fuselage, and “JETBLUE HONORS OUR VETERANS” scrolled along the side of the jet. This new design is part of JetBlue’s ongoing “Vets in Blue” initiative to both honor all U.S. military members and to recruit U.S. military veterans.

“To christen this newly decorated livery, JetBlue invited military guests spanning from Junior ROTC cadets of Aviation High School to veterans of World War II to be among the first guests on this special aircraft.” – Jeff Martin, JetBlue first officer
