Iran’s supreme troll, er, “leader”, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei told the country’s own in-house media outlet that American forces aren’t welcome in the Persian Gulf, and that any military drills performed in the watery region are proof that the United States is haughty and think it’s superior.

Not that it should shock anyone. Has the Ayatollah ever said a kind word about the U.S.? Pretty sure the Pentagon and White House aren’t holding their collective breaths.

But check out these comments anyway. It sounds like a kid hollering from his locked in his bedroom after he’s been grounded for a few hours.

“They sit together, scheme and say that Iran must not hold war games in the in the Persian Gulf. What a foolish remark! They come here from the other side of the globe and stage war games. What are you doing here? Go back to the Bay of Pigs. Go and hold exercises there. What are you doing in the Persian Gulf? The Persian Gulf is our home,” he said. According to the Army Times, the in-house television station broadcast a “part of his speech.” And you know what that means (Zzzzzzz).

Naming “pigs” can be interpreted in a couple of ways. It could reference the fact that Muslims consider hogs unclean and refrain from eating pork, or it could mean that he wants America to invade Cuba.

Clearly he hasn’t been reading the news …
