Not to toot our own horn or pat ourselves on the back, but we try our best to deliver you a generous flow of news, tips, videos, photographs, life hacks from around the American military and veteran community.

Of course, you’re not going to be interested in all of it — no one is ever — but wouldn’t you like the option to see it before you put it aside? Wouldn’t you like to browse before you choose?

No one wants to be put in the dark. No one enjoys someone else hiding things from you. After all, we’re Americans. Not children.

But that’s precisely what Facebook does when it comes to your “News Feed”. If you think you “Like” a page or a brand you see everything they post, welp, nope. Unfortunately, that’s not what happens. You only see things that a computer (and/or algorithm) lets you see.

If you want to revolt and extinguish this online quasi-fascism — if you want to be in control of your News Feed again, this is all you have to do …

First, go to the “Supporting Our Veterans” main page, the one that looks like this:

See this “Liked” box?

Click on it. It’ll pull down and present a bunch of options like so:

Change it from “Default” to “See First”. That’s all you have to do — and you’ll then be given every post “Supporting Our Veterans” publishes. Nothing will be hidden anymore!

It’s that easy. If you have any questions, put them in the comments below and we’ll be happy to answer them.
