This photograph/meme was thrown into the comments of a recent post by Foxtrot Alpha on the Pentagon’s displeasure with the current progress/state of the USS Gerald R. Ford which, altogether, has run the American taxpayers more than $40 billion in its design and construction (that’s the bill for the program in its entirety).
