Because he’s bad news.

His name is Jhoan Manuel Catano, and he’s a 26-year-old man wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service for desertion from the United States Air Force on June 10.

A warrant was issued for his arrest for assault and kidnapping after he allegedly threatened his military superior with a pipe. He then fled Davis-Monthan Air Force Base and threatened an innocent woman with a knife to drive him around the area of Tucson, Arizona.

According to officials, Catano last known address is located on the eastside of Tucson.

Catano was described as a 5-foot-7-inch man with brown hair, brown eyes and tattoos on both arms. He weighs about 154 pounds. The vehicle was described as a silver 2012 Dodge Ram Quad Cab Truck with the Arizona license plate AFP-8869.

The U.S. Marshals Service said Catano should be considered armed and dangerous.
