Take a seat and watch the jet-powered delta wing strategic bomber perform a takeoff that has to be seen to be believed. According to Foxtrot Alpha, it’s a maneuver that — at its degree of difficulty — was never pulled off before. And that’s saying a lot. The Avro Vulcan was first launched by the Royal Air Force in 1956.

While the aircraft was retired by the British military way back in 1984, since 2007 this final model has been privately owned, maintained and ushered out for shows. This year will be the bomber’s last season performing.
