The gun itself? Hardly ostentatious. Hidden within the mighty polygonal design and structure of the most advanced fighter jet in the world, it surprises when it fires — the bullets seemingly come outta nowhere — with an accuracy that would make a mutant, octopi gunslinger blush.

To be specific, the gun on the F-35 in testing below is a GAU-22 four-barrel arm pod with the capability of firing off 50 25 mm rounds a second. Its look? Like a flash of flame. Sparks.
