It’s a scientific fact that auditory and photic stimulation are the most effective means of affecting brain activity. Some say its even more effective than caffeine, which many researchers say simply resets our body clocks, and delays the flow of melatonin — the natural chemical in our bodies that makes us sleepy.

In other words, it doesn’t inspire. It doesn’t get us excited. Rather, it merely keeps us awake.
